The Free plan includes up to 20 times per month, and poitto Pro up to 300 times per month. The count resets at midnight Japan time on the 1st of each month.

Only successful AI sorts count. If the AI couldn't read the content, it doesn't count against your limit. Even after you hit the limit for the month, you can still add and edit tasks and notes by hand.

1. Open the text, image, or link you want to bring in — from Mail, a messaging app, X, Photos, Safari, and so on.
2. Tap the share button (the □↑ icon). In some messaging apps, long-press the message and choose "Share."
3. Choose "poitto" from the list of share targets. If you don't see it, open "More" at the end of the list and turn poitto on.
4. AI creates a draft — review it and register it.

You can bring in up to 5 images at once. You can also copy text, open the app, and paste it in.

Home Screen

1. Long-press an empty area of the Home Screen, then tap "Edit" in the top left → "Add Widget."
2. Search for "poitto," choose "Today" or "Matrix," and tap "Add Widget."

Lock Screen

1. Long-press the Lock Screen and choose "Customize" → "Lock Screen."
2. Tap a widget slot and choose from poitto's "Matrix," "Next event," or "Quick Toss."

You can also add "Quick Toss" to Control Center. If you don't want task names shown while your phone is locked, turn on "Settings → Widgets → Hide content on Lock Screen" in the App.

1. In the App, go to "Settings → Widgets" and turn on "Show ~ on Lock Screen."
2. Under "Which box to show," choose which matrix quadrant's tasks to display.

It shows up to the top 3 remaining tasks. Due to an iOS limitation, it disappears after about 8 hours; opening the app brings it back. You can also bring it back with the "Show Matrix on Lock Screen" shortcut.

If you can't turn it on, go to iPhone Settings → "poitto" and allow "Live Activities."

You can delete it from "Settings → Account → Delete Account" in the App. You'll be asked to sign in with Apple again to confirm.

Deleting your account erases your data on the server as well as tasks, notes, and so on stored on your device, and revokes the Sign in with Apple connection. This cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI results are drafts. Before registering, check and correct the title, date/time, box, and so on. You can also edit a task after registering it by opening it.
